I substituted the Italian sausage, beef broth, and red wine with organic chicken/sundried tomato & basil sausage, chicken broth, and white wine. All the other ingredients were the same. The taste was lighter but still spicylicious.<BR/><BR/>You inspired me. I actually put new strings on my guitar and gave it a bit of a strumming.<BR/><BR/>By the way, I always have a package of spare (new, of course!) toothbrushes for guests who may have forgotten theirs. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
